How do I return an item?

What do I do if an item is damaged?

Any item with a Manufacturer's defect is able to be returned for a replacement item, store credit or credit to the original form of payment. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and PayPal Credit, JCB and AfterPay

 

What is Paypal Credit?

What is AfterPay? 

Afterpay splits payments over four equal installments due every two weeks. Four equal installments are the only option at this time. AfterPay currently supports purchase based in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in a retail store.
